I was very pleased with your service, which was very prompt and effecient. I am delighted with the twisted pencil post bed, and especially in white; which I first saw in America some years ago.

We have found the bed very comfortable.

All of our friends are most envious of the bed.

I would find difficulty in suggesting improvements to your service as each customer has specific requirements which you appear to cover at present. But I understand you deal in other items of furniture which you could market more prominently.
