Dear Daisy,

Thank you so much for delivering our beautiful bed before Christmas! As you know we were very excited about the design and were looking forward to seeing it in our house. Now that we can see it, it is so much nicer than we ever imagined it could be. I love the solid construction, and the beautiful wood which has come up in exactly the colour we expected. We have some very jealous friends who I will be passing your details to (even though I am tempted to keep it a secret so that our bed remains unique in Dublin).

As promised, I will be sending you on some pictures of it in situ as soon as we finish unpacking boxes and the bed can be seen in all its glory.

I hope that Jim and Emma made the ferry back home OK, I know that the traffic in Dublin that day virtually ground to a halt thanks to Christmas shopping and heavy rain.
